Structure

The Election Committee has nine members elected by Parliament. The Chairman, Vice Chairman and Secretary are elected from among the members.

Activities

The Election Commission’s exclusive competence includes:

1. conducting elections specified by special regulations;
2. determination of model forms and election forms;
3. resolving doubts related to elections;
4. establishing detailed rules for conducting elections;
5. giving opinions on the provisions of the Ordinance.
